This study summarizes the programmes of various universities who have already introduced SSME curriculum. The study will then examine the programmes offered by Hasselt University and PSUT. The study found that these two universities were still in the initial stages of implementing SSME programmes. The study concludes that more effort has to be made to strengthen the role of universities in developing curricula that build e-competencies. A long list of recommendations is also provided for these universities in successfully introducing SSME curriculum.-
