Evaluating business process modeling. Techniques: case study (support and manufacturing departments in Gheyons)

Abstract

The thesis has been discussed view point of business man and IT man in capability of business process modeling techniques which are BPMN process diagram and UML activity diagram for this evaluation processes in support and manufacturing department in Ghyas Company were modeled and some general and technical criteria was selected for evaluate the accuracy and capabilities of the models. These criteria were rated by Ghyas Company employees and others through questionnaire.
