dc.description.abstractThe Aim of this thesis is to prepare well defined framework for ICT services aligned with business needs on financial sector that means that main question is how to implement well defined IT governance Frame work and how the IT governance Framework achieve the strategic alignment and desired business needs . The key concern of the research is suggesting the appropriate processes and conceptual frameworks to get governed ICT services and aligned with business needs .so we have to get deep explanation about the IT governance and strategic alignment on financial firms.
