Abstract: This thesis discusses the application of process mining concept in performance analysis. A case study is used and the log file is provided in this research. Further, some methodologies, such as the process diagnostic methodology and performance sequence diagram analysis are used to examine the event logs. The ProM framework with plug-ins that supports process performance analysis is used to make this analysis achievable. This thesis will also cover the creation of an event log, which is how it is extracted using XESame into both MXML and XES format
