Abstract: This master thesis explored what impact does implementation of CSR into the company have and what benefits/drawbacks it could bring. The term CSR has more definitions, but the most recent one was from 2009 stated by European Commission and it states that CSR tries to integrate social and environmental welfare with the company's operations. As the CSR is still pretty young field, the definitions still vary and one defines it as businesses' responsibility to act as a vehicle for economic progress while making contribution to the social welfare (Henderson, 2009). Other definitions are very similar and vary only in small details.
