Abstract: This thesis researches the National Household Travel Survey which was made in the United States of America. This database contains information about personal, household and mobility characteristics. The aim of the research is to identify which personal and household variables influence mobility outcomes and to quantify this.This research constructed four models, predicting tour type, activity duration, traveled distance and mode choice.
