Contributors/Performers: HUYBRECHTS, Liesbeth
Issue Date: 2015
Abstract: During a workshop 'Ilot-d-eau' organised by the architecture department of La Cambre I gave a lecture-performance to enhance architecture students and researchers' understanding why co-design is relevant in giving shape to our cities, what are the problems related to it, which are possible tools and strategies to adopt, etc. The lecture addressed my work on co-design and a few specific co-design experiences.

Research Context: The lecture-performance mainly builds on my work on map-it (www.map-it.be), a method that has been use din the past by architects addressing water and/in the city.
Impact Description: My method has been used by other designers/researchers to co-design the city and specifically how it deals with water.
