Title: | Understanding the Link between the Use of Effectual Logic and Entrepreneurial Expertise and Performance | Authors: | Ojuri, Paul Oluwasegun | Advisors: | VANHAVERBEKE, Wim | Issue Date: | 2018 | Publisher: | UHasselt | Abstract: | The theory of effectuation has since sparked a great deal of interest among researchers. They have been trying to understand the 'what's', 'how's', and 'why's' of the theory of effectuation, as well as why it is so common among successful entrepreneurs with a lot of experience in their respective fields. One of the major areas of interest in the theory of effectuation is how it relates to the level of experience of the entrepreneur and if it actually yields results which may be measured through performance. The purpose of this thesis is to measure the relationship between effectuation, expertise, and performance. | Notes: | Master of Management-Business Process Management | Document URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/1942/26992 | Category: | T2 | Type: | Theses and Dissertations |
