This thesis examines specific jobs the customers of Janek ' a tailoring company - are trying to get done when obtaining made-to-measure garments. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the made-to-measure tailoring service through the lens of jobs-to-be-done theory. The jobs customers are pursuing when using this service and the final product can be used to improve both in order to successfully grow the business. To define these jobs, the Christensen's jobs-to-be-done theory was applied through the qualitative research.-
