Background: Previous research has shown the importance of the psychological response in chances to return to sport and re-injury after ACL reconstruction. Little is already known about relationships between psychological factors and objective movement outcomes after rehabilitation. Objectives: The aim of this cross-sectional study was to examine possible relationships between psychological outcomes and quantitative and qualitative movement outcomes six months after ACL reconstruction. Conclusion: Multiple relationships could be demonstrated between psychological measurements and both quantitative and qualitative movement outcomes during return to sport testing six months after ACL reconstruction.-
