Title: | Automatische regie | Authors: | VERVOORT, Tim | Advisors: | BEKAERT, Philippe | Issue Date: | 2020 | Publisher: | tUL | Abstract: | An automatic video director is presented consisting of multiple static wide-angle highresolution digital cameras, together with virtual cameramen and an automated virtual director. A handful of those static cameras capture the same scene simultaneously. The virtual cameramen determine virtual framings from the video streams. Such a virtual framing is a crop of the actual video stream that is used to track objects of interest within the frame. The virtual director chooses the best virtual framing among the presented virtual framings on regular intervals. The best video angle is sent to the video output. The result is a sequence of shots: a multi-camera edit. | Notes: | master in de informatica | Document URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/1942/32298 | Category: | T2 | Type: | Theses and Dissertations |
