Since 2002 the European Days of Arts and Crafts have taken place in many European countries on the first weekend of April. Since 2017, Handwerksform Hannover – the exhibition center of the chamber of skilled crafts in Hannover - has also participated in this event and opened its exhibition rooms. Now we would like to go one step further. In our spring exhibition we want to show modern European applied arts, crafts and design. Artisans and designers from all European countries are invited to provide us with selected exhibits - unique pieces and small series - from all areas of applied art for an exhibition. Our aim is to make clear to the public the high quality, versatility and innovative power of handcrafted design in Europe. The closing date for applications is 30th of September 2019 (date of postmark is valid). Please take notice of the details given in the application form.
