Abstract: Title: Changes in spatiotemporal parameters and trunk kinematics during the six minute walk test in subjects with multiple sclerosis The objectives of this study were to assess whether and to which extent walking fatigability (WF) is related to changes in spatiotemporal parameters and sagittal plane trunk kinematics in persons with MS. Conclusion: Although WF was present, no fatigability was detected for spatiotemporal or trunk kinematics. A relationship was only found between WF and spatiotemporal parameters. Future research needs to confirm these results in a larger sample size.
