Abstract: Benign Paroxysmal Positioning Vertigo (BPPV) is often underdiagnosed in older adults. This can have a major impact on their general well-being such as multiple falls, high medical costs and depression. Therefore this study aims to investigate the difficulty to diagnose BPPV in adults and older people by the variety and number of used diagnostic tests. Keywords: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, BPPV, diagnosis, older adults
