dc.description.abstract | This intervention study aimed to investigate the effects of a walking to music intervention on a treadmill on synchronization, spatiotemporal gait parameters, balance, fatigue, and motivation. The participant improved both objectively and subjectively on balance. Further,seems synchronizing at the participants’ comfortable walking pace possible before and after the intervention, with a higher baseline cadence after the intervention. Also, the participant perceived less cognitive and physical fatigue after multiple sessions on the treadmill. Finally, she liked walking to music and adopted it in her daily life. | |
