Its title is Adoption of E-Learning for Professional Bus Drivers in Tanzania. I hope you will review the contents of it. The main objective of the research was to develop a learning platform for professional bus drivers in Tanzania. This study seeks to understand the current situation and evaluation of existed curriculum of commercial vehicles (bus). Furthermore, it asked the opinions of bus drivers and driving school on if the learning tool will be useful in Tanzania. The research deployed the questionnaires survey, semistructured interview together with literature review. The result abstained shows most of the participants preferred E-learning for bus driver training. Further research is still needed as part of the implementation of e-learning in Tanzania by having the controlled group who deployed e-learning and traditional classroom so that to measure the impact of efficiencies and effectiveness of tool in Tanzania.
