Bus driver safety improvement needs to be taken into account to avoid a low bus performance and provide an excellent service for passengers. Through driver training, the drivers can improve their knowledge of operating the bus safely and efficiently. The best way to solve this issue is to provide an online learning application to train bus drivers as alternatives to in-class training. The e-learning program is a practical and effective approach for the bus company to prevent a significant expenditure allocated for conventional training.
