| dc.description.abstract | Achtergrond: Een vertraging in de grove motorische ontwikkeling is een van de eerste symptomen van Duchenne Musculaire Dystrofie. Fijn motorische problemen zijn minder gedocumenteerd bij DMD op jonge leeftijd en de evolutie van de grove en fijne motorische ontwikkeling bij DMD jongens in de voorschoolse leeftijd is nog niet grondig onderzocht. Doelstellingen: Het doel van deze longitudinale studie was om de evolutie van de vroege grove en fijne motorische ontwikkeling te onderzoeken bij DMD jongens van 0 tot 6 jaar oud. Bovendien werd de invloed van de mutatieplaats en de cognitieve ontwikkeling op de evolutie van de motorische ontwikkeling nagegaan. | |
