The exhibition signifies a moment of synthesis, highlighting the path followed by the six Italian artists selected for residency at the Fabbrica del Vapore – Benedetta Fioravanti, Valentina Furian, Nicoletta Grillo, Lisa Martini, Giovanna Repetto, Davide Sgambaro –, whose works are presented in close relationship with those of the eight international guest artists who met the resident artists between May and June 2023 – Rui Chafes, Hicham Benohoud, Luis Gómez Armenteros, Ange Leccia, Eva Marisaldi, Lina Selander, Enrico Serotti, Driant Zeneli –. The exhibition represents a journey that allows us to discern a “phylogeny” of contemporary practice in the field of multimedia visual arts from the 1980s to nowadays. | Related Info: | Fondazione Stelline | Category: | AOR | Type: | Artistic/designerly creation |
