Abstract: Supplementary data for "ABEL-FRET bridges the timescale gap in single-molecule measurements of the structural dynamics in the A2A adenosine receptor”, Maslov et al. https://doi.org/10.1038/s42004-026-01941-8 In this work, we employed single-molecule FRET (smFRET) in combination with Anti-Brownian Electrokinetic (ABEL) trapping to monitor conformational dynamics of untethered A2A adenosine receptors embedded in lipid nanodiscs.
