Abstract

The table shows an overview of all papers we included in our literature survey of health data integration works that have at least one data management reference. ref. links to the reference as defined in the paper. datasets lists the types of datasets used by the paper. data integration tasks list all approached data integration tasks, see Section II for an overview. automation approaches lists the approaches used to automate the data integration tasks, see Section V.A for an overview. Finally, data management references lists all data management references we identified, split by a semicolon.
