Abstract: This repository contains jupyter notebooks used to simulate burst smFRET data with artbitraty FRET states and blinking dynamics, as well as an accompianing mpH2MM analysis notebook. Simulated data is provided to explore the impact of blinking on mpH2MM analysis.
