Abstract: Highlights Description of two new species of Chalcinotrematinae from fish in the Amazon. First molecular characterisation of the genera Chalcinotrema and Unicoelium. Proposal of a new genus to include South American species previously classified in Saccocoelioides. First record of Paralecithobotrys brasiliensis in Argentina.
