Abstract: Activity-based analysis has slowly shifted gear from analysis of daily activity patterns to analysis and modeling of dynamic activity-travel patterns. In this paper, the authors summarize various ongoing and completed research projects in the authors groups that contribute to this line of development. Some of the work has been implemented on a single platform (FEATHERS projects), while other aspects can be linked. The paper is completed with the reflections on methodological issues that need discussion in this line of research.
