Abstract: An eLearning self-assessment model (e-LSA) was developed to evaluate the quality of eLearning in an organization based on Total Quality Management (TQM) and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) excellence model. The e-LSA can be used by management team and trainers for self-assessment. The concept and the system were successfully applied in a Belgian Bank.
