dc.description.abstractIn this study a microstructural analysis of powder diffraction data was carried out for ZnO that has been obtained by means of 1) controlled double-jet precipitation and 2) a solution-gel route. A particular feature of these routes is the use of water as solvent. In both cases nanocrystalline ZnO was obtained, but with a different microstructure.-
