BFRank: An R package of fingerprints based ranking of gene expression biclusters in early drug development

Abstract

My dissertation was about building an R package called BF-Rank dedicated to biclustering of microarray data analysis. The main features of this package are the possibilities to use difffferent algorithms to obtain biclusters and fifinally rank them based on structural similarity of the compounds in each bicluster.
