dc.description.abstractIn deze RCT werd aangetoond dat intensieve coaching en counseling door een daarvoor opgeleide vroedvrouw resulteren in een verbetering van het psychisch welbevinden bij obese zwangeren. Daarnaast zien we ook een significante daling van de GWT tijdens de zwangerschap. Een mogelijke interactie tussen gedragsverandering (verminderde GWT) en psychologische factoren (angstgevoelens bij de moeder) kan hierbij een rol spelen. Een combinatie van gezondheidseducatie met psychologische ondesteuning e interventiesgeeft echter meer effecten.-
