Issue Date: | 2016 | Abstract: | Universal Design, Design for All or Inclusive Design are all synonyms for a design strategy that aims for designing an environment, product or service in which users should not adapt but are supported in their actions and experiences in a positive and elegant way. Flemish Minister of Equal Opportunities, Liesbeth Homans and INTER organise from October 7th until October 14th the week of Universal Design. The main goal is to underline the importance of Universal Design and therefore many activities are organised in Flanders.
