dc.description.abstractIn mei 2017 heeft het Grondwettelijk Hof een Vlaams decreet vernietigd dat zeven sectorale subsidies integreerde in het gemeentefonds. Die vorm van onvoorwaardelijke basisfinanciering verruimde de vrijheid van lokale besturen, maar niet elke gemeente genoot die vrijheid. Voor de zes faciliteitengemeenten in de Vlaamse rand werd de oude regeling behouden. Die aparte behandeling vormt een onverantwoorde discriminatie, aldus het Grondwettelijk Hof.-
