In case of diamond, the subgap nealing. It is shown that, in case of BCN films, the gap E-g and the slope of the fundamental absorption edge depend on deposition parameters. The energy slope E-0 of the Urbach tail is typically 300 meV for the nanocrystalline h-BCN films, and a typical value for E-g is about 6 eV. | Notes: | Limburgs Univ Ctr, Inst Mat Res, IMO, B-3590 Diepenbeek, Belgium.
