dc.description.abstractWelzijns-en woonzorgactoren zijn experts in het verlenen van de juiste zorg, maar missen vaak de nodige tijd en expertise om nieuwe infrastructuurprojecten te initiëren of efficiënt te realiseren. Uit zowel praktijkervaring als onderzoek is gebleken dat er een acuut tekort is aan verschillende vormen van hulp bij het opzetten van nieuwe woonzorgprojecten in Vlaanderen. Zowel uit de praktijk als uit onderzoek blijkt dat er een dringende behoefte bestaat aan verschillende vormen van ondersteuning bij het opzetten van nieuwe woonzorgprojecten in Vlaanderen, met name inclusieve woonprojecten voor mensen met een zorgbehoefte zoals personen met een beperking of ouderen.-
