Abstract

Cette contribution est le fruit d'une étude menée par le groupe univer-sitaire de recherche en droit comparé : Grotius-Pothier. Elle offre une première analyse comparatiste du projet de réforme belge du droit de la responsabilité extracontractuelle. Elle commente certaines suggestions faites par la Commission de réforme au départ du droit belge actuel, du droit néerlandais et du droit français. AbstRAct This contribution is the result of a collaboration by the Grotius-Pothier university research group in comparative law. It offers a first, broad analysis of the Belgian reform project on non-contractual liability from a comparative law perspective. Combining insights of current Belgian law, Dutch law and French law the contribution comments on the suggestions made by the Commission tasked with modernizing this field of law on some selected subjects.
