Abstract:	In [1] the Theorems 1, 2 and 3, as well as Proposition 1, are incorrect as they are stated. To make them correct it suffices to add the extra condition<br /> D(x, 0,2)=0<br /> to the expressions (1.1) and (1.4).<br /> The same holds for Definition 2.<br /> (c) 2024 Elsevier Inc.
