dc.description.abstractThe authors regret that several typographical and formatting errors were identified in the published version of the article. First, Formulas (3), (4), (6), and (A5) contained an error in the capital recovery factor (CRF), where an extra r was mistakenly included in the denominator. The correct specification excludes this term. The authors have verified that the R code used for estimation was correctly specified; therefore, all reported results and conclusions remain unchanged , and the issue is limited to typographical errors in the manuscript. The correct formulas are provided below.
