Abstract: Results of using the spatialstein pipeline on two publicly available data sets: mouse bladder (PRIDE database ID: PXD001283) and mouse cerebellum (MetaboLights database ID: MTBLS487). Details on how to download the raw data sets can be found on the project's GitHub website linked to this data. The files contain the lists of annotated lipid ions, deconvolved ion images of these ions, and segmentation maps.
