dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we examine the influence of knowledge distance between firms, in terms of technological and geographic dimensions, on firms' breakthrough innovation performance. We distinguish the influences of knowledge distance in customer relationships and supplier relationships. Using Canadian Innovation survey data, we found the knowledge distance plays its role differently in different industrial relationships.-
