Abstract: Learning models are evolving from instructor centred, over learner centred to learning team-centred approach. learning is evolving to guide individual and collaborative self-paced web-based learning. In this paper, a supervised and guided individual self-paced web-based learning concept including collaborative learning in a virtual class is adapted. Blended learning is set forward as the solution. We focus on the requirements of the blended learning concept to be a good solution for this learning model.
