T-cell vaccination: from basics to the clinic (vol 22, pg 539, 2001)

Abstract

In the October issue, pp. 539–540, Table 1 of the article T-cell vaccination: from basics to the clinic by V. Kumar et al. omitted to mention an important phase II, placebo-controlled trial presently underway in Belgium (Jef Raus and Piet Stinissen). In contrast to the other trials mentioned in the table, which use peripheral-blood T cells, this trial uses T cells isolated directly from the cerebrospinal fluid of the multiple sclerosis patients in the trial. The authors would like to apologize for this omission.
