dc.description.abstractThis article examens nearly a year after their formal introduction the existence of management teams in Flemish municipalities. This existence increased from 55 pct. Towards 96.9 pct. in one year time. The composition of this teams vary according to the size of the municipalities. Relationships between management teams and the political board of municipalities vary again according to size but also with the composition of the political majority.-
