Abstract: Involving students to play a more active role in science lessons has been an objective in many educational research. ICT is a perfect alternative tool aiming for this goal, i.c. the processing of experimental (bio)chemical data in practical sessions in the science classroom/lab. Children already are well trained to think digitally from a very early stage in their life. So the step to explore the newest ICT equipment is a small one. But it is still a challenge for science teachers to use these opportunities in thei science lessons.
