Abstract: An eLearning self-assessment model (e-LSA) was developed to evaluate the quality of eLearning in an organization based on Total Quality Management (TQM) and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) excellence model. The e-LSA can be used by management team and trainers for self-assessment. An e-LSA-Guide model was also developed to help the organizers of evaluation process to select the relevant criteria and statements to be included in their self-assessment tool.
