dc.description.abstractThe article presents a study which examines the processing of threat appeal messages in the prevention of obesity. Differences in the perception of consumers about experiencing obesity are highlighted. A meta-analysis demonstrating the influence of the degree of invoked fear on the behavioral intention of consumers is provided.-
