Abstract: Monitoring the growth process of cells can be done using various measuring techniques, each with its pros and cons. By combining sensor-heaters with the Heat Transfer Method measurement technique, the growth process can be monitored by looking at the thermal characteristics of the cells. An advantage of this technique is that it asks for less human interaction than standard techniques and it can measure multiple parameters at once.
