Abstract: Electrical impedance tomography has the ability to spatially characterize the electrical properties of an object. A lab-on-chip is developed that has the ability to image the electrical conductivity distribution of a cell cultured in a circular well containing 8 electrodes. By measuring the potential difference between adjacent electrodes an iterative solution is determined by making use of the EIDORS library.
