Title: | Electrical impedance tomography with a lab-on-chip for imaging cells in culture | Authors: | LEMMENS, Marijn De Raedt, W GRIETEN, Lars THOELEN, Ronald |
Issue Date: | 2018 | Source: | Belgian Physical Society (BPS 2018), Antwerp, Belgium, 11 April 2018 | Abstract: | A lab-on-chip system has been developed for imaging the cross-section of human tissue. The sensor combined with the algorithm gives the possibility to generate a cross-section. Besides the frequency and time domain when talking about impedance measurements, also a detailed look into the spatial domain is possible. (first column: solver) an iterative approach to determine the conductivity map of the reconstruction model; (second column: prior filters) spatial filters applied to the data for a smoother conversion towards the conductivity matrix ∆σ; (thirth column: hyperparameter algorithm) algorithm to determine the hyperparameter λ , a regularization parameter that helps to solve the ill-posed problem. | Document URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/1942/31226 | Category: | C2 | Type: | Conference Material |
