The structural properties and morphology of these catalysts have been determined by extensive solid state NMR experiments, FTIR spectroscopy and SEM/TEM microscopy. SPACeR-supported bases were found to exhibit high catalytic activity in the epoxide ring opening by phenols. A range of β-substituted alcohols have been readily and regioselectively synthesized. | Notes: | Vaccaro, L (reprint author), Univ Perugia, CEMIN Dipartimento Chim Biol & Biotecnol, Lab Green Synthet Organ Chem, Via Elce di Sotto 8, I-06123 Perugia, Italy. luigi.vaccaro@unipg.it | Document URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/1942/20240 | e-ISSN: | 2046-2069 | DOI: | 10.1039/C5RA21140A | ISI #: | 000367271700002 | Rights: | This journal is © The Royal Society of Chemistry | Category: | A1 | Type: | Journal Contribution | Validations: | ecoom 2017 |
